Our menu changes regularly, and responds to the seasons, and aims to have a home-cooked feel.   Our chef Aaron is very passionate and takes great pride in making everything here in the kitchens, ensuring the food ending up on your table is great quality and freshly cooked.

We source eggs from Gate Farm Eggs in Flowton, and meat and game are sourced locally, as far as possible.  Most of our meat is supplied by M & M at Stowupland but some of the beef is reared here in the village – you can’t get fewer food miles than that!  Buying local ensure food is fresh as possible and it means that we can support other businesses in the local area.

Vegetarian dishes are always on offer, and we can cater for gluten and other intolerances – please call ahead if you have particular concerns or requirements.

Street food is served at various outdoor events across the summer months and we look for opportunities to use our our huge paella pan on summer evenings!

We also have a children’s menu with a selection of smaller main meals, such as our Sunday roasts, or a choice of chicken fillet, sausages or fish fingers with either chips or potatoes, vegetables or beans.

Yes, there are colouring books, puzzles and games too to keep your little ones entertained!   We have a number of high chairs.
