The Duke of Marlborough open in December
Opening hours in December are limited to weekends only – please see below.
Suffolk is currently in Tier 2 which means tables of up to 6 from mixed households are welcomed in our heated marquees. You will need a facemask for some inside areas, eg for visiting the toilets but if you sit outside you don’t need a mask
You can sit indoors with your household only – mixed groups are not permitted inside.
Please check opening hours carefully as they are subject to change at short notice in these challenging times. Our social media feeds are also a good way to get an update on what’s going on week to week.
We offer a safe and comfortable experience at the Duke with well spaced tables, table service, staff wearing masks or visors and plenty of sanitiser around for you to use.
Booking is advisable but not essential. It helps if you book, just so we can manage numbers and can stagger arrival times for safety reasons. Please call the pub on 01473 831283 (not staffed outside opening hrs) or email: enquiries@thedukeofmarlborough.com. Any questions? Just get in touch, we’ll be happy to help.
A freshly cooked menu is being served, with usually 5 or 6 main courses on offer, all cooked to order. Pizzas are ususally on offer. The menu features your old favourites plus changing specials each week including steaks, seafood and paella. There is generally always a vegan option too and we offer gluten free options as standard.
We look forward to seeing you – your community pub needs your support more than ever.
